Abbey's Infamous mini-Cheesecakes!
The April 2009 challenge is hosted by Jenny from Jenny Bakes. She has chosen Abbey's Infamous Cheesecake as the challenge. And I made them into little mini-mixed-berry friand sort of things. They look so pretty don't they? I bought a tripod and some half decent lighting off IKEA and my photos look a lot nicer now. Click on the shots! They go all big and detailed and you can even see the vanilla bean specks. Ah the vanilla mmMmm. Such a creamy cake. Here's another shot slightly zoomed out:

Beautiful pictures! I love the shape of the cheesecake - do you have a special pan?
Very nice! The lighting is very complimentary. Nice asymetrical balance. The cheesecake looks delicious.
Yah... the shape is beautiful. How do you do that?
Beautiful!
They are indeed beautiful. Perfect for that romantic setting :)
Stunning! You are right - you can see the vanilla bean!

Mmm, your cheesecake looks amazing!! Your photos rock too =D.
Love it! your pictures are just perfect. Love your plating too
Good to see that the photos are becoming 'better' and that you are so happy. What a wonderful effort you did for this challenge. Hope uni is going well for you. Yes you can see the vanilla specks very clearly on the big photos.
Dreams about everybody dying and living again and again and again... Could mean a big problem coming but getting resolved but coming again and getting resolved again and again until final resolation. My best guess. I have the feeling this is a 'good' dream because it wasn't scary for you.
Lovely presentation!
Beautifully made and presented. I did zoom in and see the cute vanilla specks. Thanks for being a part of the April Daring Bakers Challenge!
