And so does semester 2 start...

Semester 2 started yesterday. And I want to kill myself already. Mondays this semester are gonna be hell. HELL ON EARTH I TELL YOU!! It's not tertiary education its TORTURE.

9 am till 6 pm! You gots to be joking! (Clearly I don't work full-time yet but thats like, err, besides the point.) And not to mention a huge 3 hour break in the middle of it. Where I can't be bothered talking to anyone.

And finally we come to the root of them problem. My emo-ness! Yay!

Anyway. I'm inclined to say, "none of my subjects interest me anymore! *sulk sulk*...", but I haven't had an actuarial lecture yet so I can't really say that and not be a liar. Maths is really boring again this semester. I asked some of the other scholarship kids what they got for Math1151 and they're like, "Ah gee! I JUST scraped a high distinction."

*Headdesk.*

That kinda made me slightly depressed on the train ride home. So I pigged out on food and felt better. PRAISE THE LORD FOR GOOD METABOLISM. I'm like the retard out of the scholarship kids. Hehe.

Thank Gawd I don't have uni today. Phew.

*Looks for friends.... *

Unrequited Love...

I officially dump Maths as my one true undying love that has continuously given me A++ marks in every single exam even though I am the ultimate lazy ass that has never properly studied for it in my entire life.

BECAUSE UNI MATHS IS JUST F*CKING CRACK!

Great way to end my first semester. With my (almost COMPLETELY guaranteed) first ever fail in a maths exam in my life. Thanks Math1151. You make my belly tingle.

Worst feeling ever. Just sitting there, looking at all these familiar symbols but not having a single clue what to do with them. BLANK ANSWER BOOKLETS! Oh the shame, the shame.

Ah well. Uni/life/everything is dick anyway so let's fly away and make happy tasty cakes.

Yum yum.

Edit: I didn't fail~! 3 cheers for results scaling!!

SCREW FINANCE!!

*Sob.* I hate finance. SPAWN OF THE DEVIL. I had a 15% assessment quiz today. It was so hard. I think I failed. FAILED. What a terrible feeling.

And everyone's saying, "Get used to it!"

Uni overload...

Week 2 starts tomorrow. Week 1 was such a blur! I don't remember anything, and totally didn't learn anything. Right now I feel kinda overwhelmed. There's a lot of things I have to do, but no-one to guide me through it properly (could ask my siblings of course LOL). All these tutorial questions, assignments, presentations (ALREADY?!). It's such a weird load on my shoulders. I am OBSESSIVE-COMPULSIVE when it comes to being organised, so all this chaos is making me even more agitated and just all-out fuglified.

Recently something really strange happened. I've started to really, REALLY like the taste of coffee. Like seriously. Before a few days ago I was a typical adolescent total coffee hater. Hated the smell of it, the taste , the bitterness, everything! And now (omfg) I'm totally addicted. It TASTES SO GOOD! I think its a kindness from the Lord; once uni started He knew I would need the caffeine. Haha.

*Slurps coffee.*

(Not a good idea at night mind you.)

My first week has been rather strange actually. When I was walking to the bus-stop to go to Central station, this old man collapsed next to me and had a seizure. NO JOKE! Like a full on epileptic/old-person kind of shaking like crazy thing. I WAS SO SCARED!! I called the uni-emergency line but they didn't pick up (I was thinking WHAT THE HELL?) and so I called the emergency number (which is 000 in Australia). It was my first time ever calling the emergency number! It was cool/scary at the same time.

Maybe I should have taken a first aid course in high-school.

In other news, I had to be part of a photoshoot with other scholarship students. It was so freakin' random. Imagine sitting on the main pathway with 5+ other ppl as this crazy chick jumps up and down and takes photos of you and screaming "LAUGH! YES LAUGH! YES JUST LIKE THAT!! PRETEND YOU'RE TALKING TO HIM!! YESSS!! AH AH YES YES!!"

My uni reputation has been destroyed.

*Printer hums as I print out tomorrow's lecture notes...*
